1. Account & Membership

• Access to the bookstore requires a Snugly.Cloud account.

• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

• Any activity under your account is considered your responsibility.

2. Digital Products

• Purchased digital books/cartoons are delivered instantly in your My Library.

• Access is for personal reading only — sharing, redistribution, or resale of files is not allowed.

3. Physical Products

• Physical books are shipped only within Thailand.

• Delivery times may vary depending on postal services.

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct before checkout.

4. Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Once payment is confirmed, your order is considered final (see our Cancellation and Return pages for details).

5. Refunds & Returns

• Digital items are non-refundable.

• Physical items may be considered for return case-by-case if defective or damaged (see Product Return).

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for service interruptions, access issues, or delivery delays outside our control.

• While we aim for reliable service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to digital content.
