Digital Books & Cartoons

Digital purchases cannot be canceled once payment is complete.

After checkout, the book is delivered instantly to your My Library, so cancellation is not possible.
Physical Copies

Orders for printed books can be canceled before shipping.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return (see Product Return page).
How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a physical order before it is shipped, please contact us through your member dashboard support as soon as possible.
